Yes, with Jose, 100% complete satisfaction. However the problem I came in with still persists. And my understanding is that Toyota’s policy is to try to resolve the issue w/ a fix? And not a replacement of the part. So I will have to return when the part comes in. Not a big problem, just a little inconvenience on my end, but Toyota of Anderson was exceptionally well to deal with.
