Kenny was great. But I forgot to ask when the last oil change was? There was no manual or any book of records showing any maintenance on the vehicle. I need to know when the next oil change is... so I don't know if y'all did it when y'all first got the truck or if it needs to be done and I need to make an appointment with you guys to do it?

Mike was amazing and gets a perfect rating as a service advisor as always. However, on the online link texted to me, the recommendations were not not listed, your app is not working the way it should. I had no clue Mike was referencing to what I picked up my car. This is not Mikes fault and I implore you to perfect this, because you have no room for error. I received my service invoice without any checklist that I normally get every time which is BS. This new system you have transitioned to is not good and pointless. I miss the personalized texts or even verbal communication I normally get with Mike or any service advisor I have dealt with in the past. Mike gives me the play by play, on what needs to be done with my car and keeps his line of communication open, but you have hamstrung him with a faulty streamlined online system. ISSUES YOU SOULD BE CONCERNED WITH. Some of the recommended service issues in my invoice make absolutely no sense. For instance, I had my engine coolant and inverter coolant changed 5k miles ago/2 months ago in my factory 100k service visit, yet I’m being asked to do it again. I payed for those services recently and if your tech is recommending that so quick after paying for and trusting you to do the job, it leads me to wonder if your techs or even YOU(Service Manager) even did that job. The same goes with a transmission drain and fill. I had that service done 15k miles ago at my 90k service. Once again, I’m wondering if it was done at all, even though I payed the money for it. I’ve had concerns in the past about your service techs performance, but it’s starting to look bad on you. I hope they are doing the proper job I’ve payed for and being honest about doing their job. THERE IS ONE BIG ISSUE. Your service tech for the second time got fresh oil/grease on my white cloth interior next to the driver side door handle. I’ve had this issue before with you guys, but refrained to issue a complaint the first time. I’m not sure what it is with your techs, but they are very sloppy, and not even on the same planet when it comes to techs at Toyota Carlsbad, the only other dealership I’ve taken this car to. I admit I don’t keep my interior spotless, but when there is blatant fresh oil and grease stains that your tech has left, as if you tech did not take off his latex gloves after touching grease, or if not using gloves, failed to wash his hands, thatis completely unacceptable. TO THE SERVICE MANAGER. I get the feeling that your techs do not care about the work they do, and this looks bad on Mike who I’m my experience with him, actually cares. I’ve taken my car to this dealership for the past 4 years. Every 5k miles I take it in, I’m more and more convinced that there’s a chance you don’t do a thing and charge me for it. I pay money to get my car serviced by professionals. You are a service team of professionals, I shouldn’t be giving any criticism of professionals when it come to this.

Just depends on time of day. Sometimes I have been there for 3 or more hours for the same service. In town is faster but I prefer to use the dealership.
