I brought my Lexus in to have the suspension checked. I spoke with Jose Chavez in service and he took down my warranty info. The inspection found several components that needed replacement. The warranty co. Declined to cover the repairs so I picked up the car without having the repairs done. It exceeded the car's value. Jose Chavez was very professional and kept me updated all the way. Jose Chavez is quite an asset to the service department and Anderson motors.
