Had a 10:30 appointment, many cars in front of me, why have an appointment when people without no appointment can get in first come first serve. The 10:30 appointment i left the facility at 1:05. A lot of wasted time. Not happy

My brandnew rav4 had its first tire rotation at the same dealer. When i saw my wheels it had so many scartches due to not carefully putting in the impact gun. Now with our highlander platinum and had our first tire rotation, had scartches again but fewer than the rav4. This mechanics dont care about the car. Some people really want their car clean and not have scratches. It’s called mint. Good mechanics put painters tape around the socket so when it hits the wheel it wont scratch the wheel. You can see this on youtube.
