No need to contact me. Jose Chavez is always great. Had a hard time communicating effectively with scheduling service as far as what time my appointment was. When my car would be picked up. When it would be done and dropped off etc. A big selling point previously was the convenience of your pick up and drop off. I highly doubt I will rely on this in the future.

Arrived on time for my appointment and was greeted by service representative. Great lounge and refreshments. After an hour received a text video from the mechanic explaining what he found and explained that all important areas were like new and did not need to be replaced. I requested courtesy wash and was happy how clean they got my vehicle!
