Jennifer is a great service writer. I live in North Las Vegas,(NV) and come to see family in Lake Havasu. I will usually schedule the large service items for both my Toyota’s when I come into town so I do not have to play the games I experience with most other service departments. Honesty and integrity are very important to me, and I have great trust in Jennifer’s recommendations! More dealerships need writers with her skills and professionalism.

Was told my car would be taken in right away for an oil change & front end alignment. Was then told it would be an hour. 1 hour later service told me my car was just taken in for service. OK. Another hour was then told my car was 1/2 done. An additional hour +, upon asking about my car, I was told my car was finally done. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the time however there were no apologies nor explanation. Someone also put the passenger seat all the way down-were they taking a nap? Not a big deal but why not at least put my seat back up? Have been happy with your service in the past however this service was definitely subpar. :(

Your service is great. I wish you’d stop up-selling crazy stuff like brake fluid change. I’m 70 and have never heard of that except your dealership. My wife doesn’t want to bring the car in for service because she’s afraid she’d buy one of this unnecessary services and I’d get mad. I have to always be available for her call asking me want to do.
You tried to sell me this service when the car only had about 20 k miles.
While at you your dealership today I’d tried to enter a new truck parked outside 20’ from your front door. It was locked. I’m shopping for a new truck but don’t want to answer 20 salesmen questions to get the door open.
