Customer services was good but the time spent to do what was scheduled for, way too long. Waiting time expected 1.5, it took 4 then another almost 3 hours to do mostly simple services, when the expected time was another 1.5 hours. So it was too long of a day for us. Would like to receive more accurate time or if too many appointments I would preferes them to tell me that they couldn’t not schedule for that day. Had to be in other places and that did not helped.
