Everyone was very nice and I appreciated the shuttle service. I did notice that my car wasn’t washed this time. I forgot to ask when I picked it up.

Hi we were in yesterday for an oil change and a tire rotation. Our schedule appointment was for 9:30, it was easier for my husband to drop it off, he dropped it off at 7:40ish in the morning he told them it needed to be done around lunch to be picked up. I got a vehicle check in text at 7:48. Never received a phone call and text saying that it was done. We call multiple times and got hung up on 3 times. I called again and finally got through at 1:50ish they were just pulling in the vehicle in to do the maintenance that should have been done hours ago. It should go off of appointment which we had. This has to be the worst service we have ever received from a Toyota dealership and you guys should all be embarrassed on the customer service you have towards your customers, my husband was stranded at the military base in hopes that someone could drive him over to pick up the vehicle because it was not done. Thankfully someone was able to. -granted when I finally got a hold of someone they said they could send a shuttle over. That can’t work because they wouldn’t be aloud on the base and he would have had to walk over a mile to be able to get out and off the military base. So do better and I will not recommend you guys to anyone and will be letting all of our family and friends to not come to you.
