At the beginning of the service we were quoted a price of approximately $220 for the complete service. When it came time to check out I was quoted a price of $350. I had to question them. Why was this bill so much? They stated because they needed more brake fluid than originally expected again I questioned the fact that it would cost over $120 for brake fluid. After my second time questioning they came back and rectified the bill but if I had a question them I would’ve over paid for my service. This experience doesn’t inspire confidence or trust in this dealership

I’m not sure if my previous message went through but if it didn’t, I just wanted to say that I felt like I was being taken advantage of in terms of cost of replacement for something like a rear windshield wiper. Especially for $184 and then being told it was needed for inspection.
My father was a mechanic for 40 years and always tried to help the customers whenever possible and inform them of simple services they could do so they wouldn’t get over charged. I felt like that level of customer service wasn’t used at all and instead tried to get more money out of the job.
I appreciate the effort that was put in to get my stickers but was genuinely disappointed about the wool trying to be pulled over my eyes.

I had the van in for an oil change today. Though the shop appeared to be short staffed I was pleased with the service and the timing. No complaints there at all. The only issue I have is with the multi point inspection. I would like to see this printed out and attached to my invoice. I don’t like to have to vote this online. Sure I can go home and print it out but why should I make that extra step. You are printing out the invoice then print this out also.
Thank you for reconsidering the idea of not printing this out.
