My sadness came with the policy of the dealership with my extended service contract. It was not honored. I bought my Toyota in Naples, FL. I’ll be getting my future oil changes in FL. I live in FL for 9 months of the year. I’m in this area for 3-4 months. Sorry that’s your policy. Please inform me when you honor my extended warranty. Thank you.
