I thought the car should have been washed. The feedback was it’s too cold outside. One solution is to let it dry inside somewhere. I don’t know the logistics of your operation but was disappointed. The communications for the appt and within the appt was excellent.

All was done as requested and at the time promised. Just as an FYI, when I called in for my appointment, I asked for the 90k maintenance, oil change, tire rotation, brakes checked and possibly a new set of tires if needed. When I got there, the only thing on my appointment was oil change and tire rotation. My service was great and Britney took care of what was needed. I think my requests on the phone should have been documented. I bring this up to help you to plan the time needed for my appointment.
