Had an appointment made two weeks ago for 8:30 am for 4 new tires. I arrived around 8:20 am. Service agent said would be one hour, no more than 1.5 hours. After at 1.5 hours (10 am) I checked with her. She said she would check and came back to me 20 min later saying should be within 1/2 hour. At 11 am (2.5 hours), another guy checked and said another 1/2 hour and they were backed up bc people were waiting. I said I had an appointment and didn’t walk in for the service. Finally finished around noon, 3.5 hours. Completely unacceptable.
