They broke a bolt on the battery strap and didn't tell me. I seen it when I got home. I have been double checking the work your technicians do for a long time after a few issues with work not being done at all. I have to now extract and replace the broken bolt.

The issues with the tundras low air flow from the vents and whistling sound from behind the dash when the temp is on heat needs to be addressed. Toyota needs to do something about this issue.
