Never heard an update on my car until I called. Sent a text but never got a response to that. Had an appointment at 8 am. Called at two had to get a call back so they could check status. It needed a fog light. So how long was it sitting waiting for someone to call. You all use to be on it up there but this was pretty bad.

My car passed inspection with a flat tire. When I addressed it, air was put into it and told me to keep an eye on it. I had to stop on the way home to add additional air and it is completely flat now in my driveway. I am having it towed back tonight and I hope that this will be rectified as a priority tomorrow.
