$95 for an oil change is outrageous! I said yes to the offered car wash, but it wasn’t done. Also the “multi-point inspection” did not include checking the tire pressure? The tire pressure warning light is still on. The service agent also gave me a hard time when he made a mistake in the amount of discount I was supposed to receive. In fact, he didn’t even offer one even though it’s supposed to be part of the service price. I’ve been going to this dealership since 2097, but I don’t think I’m going to anymore unless something changes.

It should never take 2 hours for a vehicle to be inspected. You plug the little tester cord into the vehicle and run the program. It tells you if anything is wrong with the car that would fail from the state. I understand it might take your mechanic more than a second to visually check the wiper blades, breaks, etc of the vehicle but it doesn’t take 2 hours. Your team also doesn’t have to make up the most insane lies to try to get me to buy services. In fact the more the man talked the more suspicious I became. You’re not going to put a “detergent” into the vehicle to “clean” it while doing a fluid flush. You may put a saline/alcohol mix in IF there is buildup in any of the fluids. My vehicle also doesn’t need half of the fluid flushes they “recommended” based off of Toyotas own recommendations. Breaks typically don’t wear down all at once and are sold in sets of two not individually. I’m 40 years old, do you really think I’ve never bought breaks before? I don’t honestly trust your dealership at all at this point.
