I keep the inside of my car meticulous. During my previous visit to your dealership. I came out and found grease and grime on my driver driver seat because you did not put a plastic cover over it when servicing the vehicle.
I decided not to say anything, because people make mistakes.P On Monday when I was there and had my vehicle serviced I was driving home and happened to look up and there were greasy fingerprints on the windshield pillar and also grease on the headliner from where one of your technicians got into my car. There was also grease on the door panel, which I cleaned off as soon as I saw it that I did not ruin my shirt.
Although I appreciate the job that you folks do there. I am not happy that this is now occurred twice. I used to be in the RV business and the technicians in our shop were meticulous about covering up peoples Motorhomes and Trailers when they brought them in for service so that we did not get them dirty. I can’t believe this has happened twice now. I am not a satisfied customer.

Appt first thing in morning. State insp, tire rotation and oil change. 4 hrs!!! Not happy. No communication why or how much longer. Scott was nice and took care of me when I got there. But I really don't understand why it took 4 hours.

Car is above 99k Miles. I was expecting the manual 100k service but just got an oil change and tire rotation and recommended to be back at 104k.
Checklist of multipoint inspection says headlights are ok, one is off.
Used to get a courtesy car wash but didn't get today.

To be honest I disappointed to fine a cable tie instead of one of the bolts holding up the skid plate before my oil change. Someone from Toyota did because you are the only ones to ever work on my truck, acccept for the engfine air filter. Also toyota should fix the paint peel too, for as much as I paid for that truck, not to mention the extended warranty. Not likely I will ever purchase another Toyota product. Cable ties!!?? Really!!??

My tire,rim,hub cover,etc.. had been stolen. I spoke to Brian in Parts, who ordered everything. I told him to bill me separately for 30,000 service maintenance since my car was having tire replaced. I told him not to rotate the tires as they were purchased somewhere else that included free rotation, and wasn’t needed for another 3,000 miles. Told him oil change was not needed as oil change sticker had 34,300 miles and car has 29,600 miles. There must’ve been miscommunication as I had to pay for oil change and charge for tire rotation was removed. Also, I never received status of brakes, if fluids were leveled off, if air filter needed to be changed. New tire service was good.

And your cashier is very nice also I forget her name but she's great. Every service manager has been great over the years. My favorite guy passed away some years ago and I like to honor his memory by continuing to get my 4Runner tended to by your team. Kudos
