I have always been very pleased and completely satisfied with the service I received over the past 6 years. This is the first time I have been disappointed with the service. When I received my van after service there was oil footprints on my driver side fabric floor mat. After pointing it out the tech tried to clean it and did a fairly good job but fabric mat soaked up the oil and caused discolorization.

I left the dealership extremely upset with my experience. I was told that I needed 2 new tire because 2 tires were at a 3 and 2 tires were at a7. I questioned what I was being told since my car just was serviced 3 months ago, how could my tires be soooo even whenever I have make each of my Toyota care appts on time… My prior service paperwork was not in the system to check my previous tire measurements, I had my copy in my car which showed my service advisor. My tires measured 6,5,5,5 on July 1, 2024, so how now are my tires measuring 3,3,7,7????? The advisor measured my tires with me standing there again and they measured 5,4,4,4…. I felt like your dealership was trying to take advantage of me by trying to push a tire sale on me… Not a happy customer

My only complaint is that when I drove to the service center my low tire light was on. I had hoped that they would check it and add air to the tire that was low. I am 80 years old and have difficulty putting air in me tires so have to take it elsewhere.

The car smelled like oil when I picked it up. The dashboard display was changed. The highbeams were on and I drove home at night not realizing they were on. I had my seat position saved and when I got in I had to reset the positioning since it was saved to some other position. Not the best experience. Maybe Im nitpicking but why can’t I get my car back the way I brought it in.

Christian Reynolds as usual went above and beyond to accommodate and work with customer. I do feel my front wheel alignment needs to be redone. My steering wheel is not straight when I am going straight. When I am going straight my wheel is turned to left by 1-2 cm

Scott got my Highlander in and out in no time flat. I bought at Brewer and didn’t know if I would service at Brewer as my home is a distance from the dealership. I feel it is worth the extra time to service at Brewer. Friendly and knowledgeable service people and nice lounge.

I didn't ask any questions while I was there, but what I am not sure of is this... when I scheduled my 120,000 mile service online, it listed a whole bunch of other things that should be done at 120k miles. When I checked in, those were not brought up. I was just curious as to maybe why? It's not a complaint, per se with my charges being, of course, much lower due to just getting the oil change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection, etc. But I guess I am just asking about the true importance of the other services that came up for the 120k.
