The advisor was very nice. However, every single time I come Uber for service, they try to charge me. I purchased the Toyota care plus, yet every time they have to look it up.
Also- what happened to the complimentary car washes?

When I picked up my car it still had the same rattle coming from the engine that I brought it in for. The alternator was replaced which cost me 996.00 dollars. Apparently the alternator was not bad at all. The service manager is looking into the service performed on my vehicle.
