I really don’t get the need for the run around on the throttle issue. You guys really don’t distinguish yourself and make it hard to see any value you add over my neighborhood mechanic. But that has b en the experience I have had since the sales process at Brewer. I see no reason to buy another car from you, I much prefer the relationship that my other dealer has in understanding the car. You make it clear you just want the next transaction. Good for you but I won’t be back.

At the conclusion of my service visit the following two things didn't happen; 1) I did not see a next service reminder sticker on the upper left hand side of the inside of the windshield. I normally saw it placed in that corner whenever I visited a dealership in the past. 2) The service advisor did not give me a multipoint results checklist printout about how my vehicle is doing currently. I always got this when I visited a dealership for service in the past.

Originally we brought our car in for regular maintenance in August. The service included a tire rotation, which we have had done before at your location. Within a few days we noticed that when we drove the car on the highways I would start to shake above 60 mph. We called the service department and notified them of this issue and they scheduled an appointment for it to be looked at. The service person scheduled us for an appointment which we thought was to look at the problem and solve it. Instead they put the tires back to the original places before the rotation. Even thought we asked to have an appointment to look at the car and fix the problem we were told we would have to bring our car back for another appointment because the appointment we were given was at 4:30 and they did not utilize that time slot to review issues. We drove the car for a couple more weeks because they said they had solved the problem. However the shaking continued and we called and made a THIRD appointment for 9/12. We brought the car in and they looked at the car and told us that the tires were out of balance and WE would have to pay $88 to fix the issue. Which is madness because up until the rotation we had never had this problem and could on conclude that the rotation caused the issue. This should have been corrected during the second visit. This is the WORST customer service experience I've experienced with Brewer. The fact that we had to pay to fix an issue caused by the rotation is absolutely insane.

James was fine but my service experience was horrible. I understand the WiFi going down. But not telling us for three hours was horrible. The guy that came in right after me for the same thing an inspection and oil/ filter change got out as soon as the WiFi came on. But I guess the guy working on my car couldn’t change the oil and do the inspection while the WiFi was off. I had to wait another 35-40 minutes. Very frustrating, very irritating, horrible communication!!
