I was
very clear on what I wanted done with my car. I schedule an 11am repair for the heater core.when I get there I hear I first have to get it diagnosed i don't agree with it but say ok. An hour later I hear they can't do the repair because they don't have time because the heater core is behind the dashboard and that needs to be removed...which what I called to schedule and what I was told I was scheduling. TWIMC that isn't what I got I got charged $150 for a diagnosis fee and told to time at all was ever alloted for the heater core repair that I specifically called to have repaired.in the end I got sent home getting nothing done that was scheduled to be done. Even if the pricey diagnosis was Toyota policy, once proven the scheduled repairs where needed there should have been time alloted to make the repair that was scheduled. Miss Batz my representative handled things as quickly and effectively as she could but finding out no one actually planned to do the repair you had scheduled was highly disappointing.

Person that scheduled my appt. did not know/indicate it may take more than 1 day to replace my evaporator, which required removal of the dashboard. This is our family car. We had 3 kids to shuttle to practice that evening, so were quite inconvenienced being w/o 2 cars in the evening. James said they would try to get it done in 1 day, but received no update until the next morning that it was ready. The shop technician should be rewarded for getting into the shop at 4am to finish repairing my car that was promised to be fixed in one day. It wasn’t his fault that the scheduler didn’t warn us it may take more than 1 day to repair, but he appreciated his above and beyond efforts to get my car back to us as soon as he could.

Little contact throughout the day. Dropped off at 8am. I texted at 1:30, but no response. Called at 2:20 as I was supposed to get a shuttle pickup. Christian responded my car still needed to be inspected, etc. it was 4:15 before I was notified the car was ready. Although Christian offered to have someone come and get me, my boss said he would bring me over. I paid for the service. Apparently there were no issues with the car. Explanation was rushed over phone, and no car was as requested.

I brought my car in because my right front tire has been recently losing air pressure. Every several weeks I have to inflate the tire. Upon my arrival the technician said it was most likely the weather. I questioned that since the other tires did not lose pressure and this was a new occurrence for the one tire that I bought probably last year or so. He said they would check for a leak. At the end of service, the technician said they found no leak, that it was probably the weather. Again I challenged that notion. In 50 years of driving I have never had that explanation. Usually the leak is eventually found. I am usually very satisfied with your service but this time I felt like the technician minimized the concern. Tires are a big safety issue. Better if he had said they didn’t find a leak but bring it back if the tire pressure continues to be a problem.
