I have a couple issues from my service today. First I did not receive my courtesy wash as I requested when dropping off. Second my sticker in the upper left of my windshield was not removed and a new one to remind me when I needed service next was not added. And lastly, I did not feel that I was updated throughout the process of my service, I sent an email asking for an update and never received a response back.
