I was extremely upset with the results of my state inspection that indicated I needed all new brakes. The problem was that my car was in your service department in early July and no one mentioned that my brakes were getting very warm & would soon need replacing. Scott reviewed the documentation of that visit & agreed with me that it was a big miss on your end. I was pleased that he advised the manager of my complaint and made an adjustment to my final bill reflecting a savings for me this inconvenience and the team’s failure to accurately show the wear on my brakes. Without replacement my brakes would have completely failed in a very, very short time. Though I thank Scott for his honesty and endeavor to make things right, this has raised serious doubts about Brewer Toyota’s ability to service my car with integrity & honesty in the future.

Today's experience was really bad, and it boils down to I have lost faith that I am receiving the best quality service for the vehicle my family primarily travels in. My experience today has me questioning if the work of the past has been performed correctly as well. Safety aside (which is an absolute huge concern) the job was done wrong, and I believe my wife was mislead or flat out lied to about it. I had her come there while I'm out of town because I used to trust you, not any more.

Up on chocking in. I indicated that one tire needed air that was completely ignored every tire have a different psi in them. I could understand if say one was 30 psi another one was 31psi no six to seven psi difference.this is the second time in a row where I can say the service was extremely bad.
