I waited 4 hours for two lights to be fixed, the mechanics wanted to send me to a body shop, I went in there and said it doesn’t because i can literally install the headlight if you just use your thumb, and then they managed to do it. After waiting super long I asked for a status update on my truck, and they said it was going to be washed, about 25 minutes after they said they were washing the truck they finally said my truck was finished, but they didn’t wash the truck because they didn’t want to because my grill was damaged (I got work done here before and the grill wasn’t an issue and they washed my truck), my issue is not why they didn’t wash it but it took 25minutes after they told me it was being “washed” until i got my truck. I feel like I was taken advantage of with overpriced parts and incompetent mechanics. All i had was a state inspection and a burnt out bulb and new headlight, I don’t understand why i was at the dealership for 4 hours. Overall I left being pretty upset and this is not the first time i left this place feeling upset and taken advantage of. I don’t plan on ever buying parts from these guys or getting any more work done in the future. I tried to be as understanding and pleasant I could be during this whole experience but It left my day wasted and down $1125. I don’t feel the labor charge was worth it at all because it took forever and they literally needed me to point something out before sending me to a body shop. This was enlightening to me and Brittney was very pleasant and understanding, she took me to my truck and she was able to convince the mechanics to install the headlight and gave me status updates. I wish I knew more what was happening to my truck in the garage. Maybe I was just having a bad day but I wasn’t expecting to be there until 1:30 for a state inspection.

The was in for 5000k check up. They explained to me about the oil change is at 10k. I understand that. Thinking ahead I had my wife place a sheet covering the seat, I know mechanics get dirty. Had old floor mat as well in car. However I can’t cover everything. We had large grease hand finger prints on the light color driver door, along with large grease smeared on the dash where hood release is. In my mind if your mechanic does not car about customer NEW car maybe the check points where not done correctly? No paper mat for the floor was used as well. This is our new car buying it was great experience. But service was unsatisfactory. I am one not to complain but it is a new expensive car and I try to keep it very clean! ****-****-xxxx

Very professional

Went in for an alignment, Brittany and the manager/tech were very accommodating. The tech team and end result was unsatisfactory, I went in for alignment and it was not completed properly considering my steering wheel is cocked off cente, unfortunately I did not have time to stick around to get it fixed, I had a not so fun 8 hour drive directly after the alignmen. Please reach out for resolution if you guys actually read this
