I came in a few weeks back for an oil change and tire rotation. Quickest appt ever. But friday- yesterday my tire light came on. I took it today 7-27 and Alexa was very helpful. At first they said i needed a new tire that a nail puncturrd it in sideways and a plug wouldnt help it .. well she made ghe mechanics dip all 4 tires and here… All ghe tires were low. THEY NEVER PUT AIR IN TIRES B4 i went on vaca And All My tires were low ! Well heck. I Pray my oil got changed cuz who knows if that got done. Like i mentioned. I wasnt there long when i got that appt done. Tire rotation and oil change. I Come to Your Dealer for All Service for my car And Im to have Faith that All Work gets done .. but now Im second guessing. I Expect it to get done!! Thats why i Dont Go Elsewhere. If it wasnt for her to be on the mechanics today.. I wouldve bought a new tire for no reason. The piece she showed me didnt even puncture my tire .. so Im Verrryy Dissapointed with mechanics service. He may need re- evaluated. Us customers Need A Safe Vehicle And We Trust You.. so i went on vaca a few hrs drive each way with LOW AIR TIRE PRESSURE. How would that make U feel? Im the type of person in Life who is up on my car and Everything in my Life !!

Good Morning,
Overall I was happy with the service performed on the vehicle. However, I did not appreciate receiving a text stating the car “was ready to go home” and going down to get the car and finding out the service was not completed!
Then I received a phone call from Brittney indicating the car was ready for pick up. I did say a few things to her regarding the previous text. Her solution was to hang up on me! When I did pick up the car Brittney actually admitted she hung up on me! Honesty is the best policy but I am surprised Brewer condones that type of customer service. I did speak to the Asst Manager regarding this issue. He said he would speak to Brittney about this matter. I hope he follows through! Hanging up on customers is not acceptable! If if an employee is u comfortable with a phone call they should politely suggest they will connect them with someone else (perhaps someone in a more authoritative position.) Hanging up on a customer is unacceptable!
I have never filled out a customer service form in my 13 years of coming to Brewer but felt the need to voice my opinion regarding this service visit!
