It was handled well

It was serviced faster than I expected.

I brought my Venza in for an oil change and updates. I had a 7:00 appointment and we waited for 2 1/2 hours which I thought was long for being what was supposed to be the first appointment of the day. The car was ready around 9:30 and we left. Looking at the screen on the way home, I noticed it was full of fingerprints and I was surprised they didn’t wipe off screen before returning to me. At the same time, it dawned on us that they hadn’t washed the car either, although they asked us if we would like a car wash. I carry a microfiber cloth in the car for fingerprints, and after wiping display noticed some small scratches on the hazard ?? button on the display. My husband brought the car back, manager was not available, so he was only able to talk to our service advisor. He took a picture of the display. Apparently the technician has to put his tablet on the screen to make updates, and possibly scratched it that way. Someone called back that evening, said they would have to replace whole screen, one was coming from Canada, but they would have to take apart my whole dash to fix it and it sounded like this would be very invasive and could potentially cause other problems. He stated there were no guarantees. I can’t imagine trusting this service shop that seems pretty careless, to do detailed work like that. The scratches are only on the hazard button. I’m going to check with an auto detailing business to see what they recommend.

Made to purchase new headlight bulbs but still have the same problem…Nothing was fixed..

I have a $35 gift certificate from Brewer that I forgot at home and the checkout lady would not honor it because I didn't have it with me. Vert disappointed considering the money I send there.
