This was my first time using your service center and I had made an appointment this morning for 9 AM for an inspection for my 06 Toyota tundra. I arrived at 8:55 and then they pulled my truck into the bay at about 9:00, from that point on..
I waited up until an hour and a half later before asking one of the employees if they could check on the status of my vehicle and she said she would check with the service writer… Needless to say I didn’t hear anything until 10:50 When my service writer came out And told me it would be just a little while longer. At 11:10 someone else came out with my keys no explanation as to why it took over two hours to do an inspection and no apology for the delay. Any communication would have been great, but there was none. I have managed a repair shop in the past, and I know generally it takes about 30 minutes to do an inspection, even if they got behind over 2 hours was ridiculous..communication would have helped..won’t be back!
