Brewer Airport Toyota took great care of my Toyota Hilander today.

I was scheduled for a recall repair, and the appointment has been scheduled for at least 10 days. I had also requested to have my car inspected. Due to a failed inspection, I had to be there longer to get new brakes (understandable). I was told that a shuttle would pick me and my 3 kids up in 15 minutes to take us to a swim practice. 30 minutes later, someone from the dealership had to take us because the shuttle never came back. While appreciated, we were still late. While away from the dealership, I received a phone call that the part needed for my recall had never been ordered, so they couldn’t complete that. This was at 4:00. My car had been there since 12:30. Now, I have to return, at a later date, with 3 young children, for another 2 hours. I was also not told that I couldn’t have a full tank of gas for this repair (luckily, I didn’t). However, this should have been communicated well in advance. The staff was extremely friendly, and I appreciated all of their help. Nonetheless, I am now inconvenienced with another day of car repairs. I do hope a loaner will be made available so that I do not have to reorganize my entire day around this repair.

Nothing against your staff. It is going to be a hot summer and my 2 year old car has no AC. I don't see how the rear AC lines need replaced already. On top of that the part is on back order. I'll probably have no AC until fall. Not happy with Toyota.
