Very small minor thing- I’d like to recommend that your service advisors take the hangers and / or floor mats, etc back out of the car and throw it away after their work is done. Almost every-time I have had my car serviced something is left in there for me to dispose of. Today it was the placard they hang on the mirror.

The interior, part of the tailgate has broken clips from being reassembled and properly. I mentioned this to Christian Reynolds when I picked up the vehicle. He took pictures of it and I told him to order the part and that I’m not bringing that vehicle back to have them installed. You can either mail me the parts or have somebody come and do the work in my driveway.
Today is April 2, 2024, I’ve not heard a thing since I picked up the car.
Can somebody let me know what’s going on?
