Besides the fact I was charged $159 to change out a license plate, there was damage to my vehicle and nothing was said to me. Every single time I go there there is a problem. Nobody responded to my last survey so it is very clear that this dealership really does not care about their customers.

I have always had good service from Brewer. Today's experience wasn't up to that standard. Two things: 1. the glove box was not properly installed after checking the cabin filter. I didn't notice this until getting home, and opening the glove box door to put the Maintenance Book in. Contents fell on the floor when the box tilted. 2. I bought the vehicle's tires at Brewer, so I should not have been charged for tire rotation. I didn't check the invoice before leaving, my bad. That won't happen again.

My wipers were only 3 months old. He said it was mandatory to replace them. The new wipers streak when going back same as what the previous wipers did. And my cabin and engine filters are only in for 6,000 miles. Did you even look at them? I thought being military you would not take advantage of me. You hold customers hostage since they need inspection. You shouldn’t put high priority texts out to customers for things not needed.
