A couple little things I would like to add to the completely satisfied. A coupon wasn’t taken off, but it was made right, after I called back. I’m disappointed the fluids weren’t topped off. We checked when we got home and our RAV4 needs coolant so now I have to go get some, just thought after getting a state inspection, emissions, oil change, new brakes and 4 new tires that the fluids would be checked and filled. Maybe I’m ignorant but maybe you guys could ask if we want the fluids topped off for a charge, it would be convenient. Also the driver seat had black grease on it, it wiped off fine. Other than that I’m super happy we got in asap, scheduling was friendly and helpful as I had to reschedule. Glad our RAV4 is road ready as we have a long road trip with our toddler this weekend. Thank you!

Edward was fantastic. He gets five stars a 20 something year old Mechanic would not inspect my truck because of a little bit of tint across the windshield. That is why I’m not satisfied the police don’t even care about those things, and it will cause me to have my vehicles serviced elsewhere. It’s a shame because I was really trying to have you as my go to dealer For both my truck and my Venza, but if you were going to not inspect my vehicle because of window tint, it’s not even outrageous. Then I simply have to go somewhere else. Today’s LED lights have forced me to put window tint on my vehicles. Sorry that’s just the way it is . I never had window tint before but it’s all over the place. I don’t know if it’s his policy or your companies policy but it has cost you business with me. Sorry.

I was kept informed by voicemail messages and text during the service. Everyone was professional and personable. Scheduler showed extra effort in getting alignment scheduled with tire installation next day. Service and parts workers researched previous service and answered multiple questions about available tires such that I felt I was making an informed decision.
