Michael Jacobsen will be my go to guy I came in the day before got there 6 45 in the morning and was waiting till you opened up once I got in the guys wasn't nice at all never will I have him help me ever! Wish I knew his name what I do know he was the only one there that time of morning. Told me I had to have an appointment and they had over 60 appointment that day done with him but Michael treated me like a person love him need more juke him. Love is personality The next day when I picked up my vehicle. The guy named Evan was there to Give me my car back he was great also!

I think overall everything was fine. This is the first time my young adult son has experienced service/maintenance on a vehicle. He tried to call before going in and had to call a couple of times because no one would answer and then it would get a message that you could not leave a message. While the truck was getting a new battery my son tried to inquire about new tires but he said the parts person wasn’t much help. This could have been poor communication on my son’s part who wouldn’t want to show his ignorance. It’s not Legend’s responsibility to guess what he needed, but a quick conversation would have revealed that he was also trying to inquire about a set of four tires to purchase and whether his tires needed replacing ASAP or could get them the next time he is home from college.
