My appointment was scheduled at 11:45, promised time was 1:30pm was waiting until 2:27 before asking for an update on my car. Left around 3pm. I was rushed out the door when it was finished and did not even receive a breakdown on the multi inspection nor the mileage sticker. Don’t think it’s fair to have to book an appointment and not honoring it.
