Do not have any issues with Mr Jacobson. Do have issues with your appointment system. I had an 8:30 appointment to program a key fob for my car. Was after 10:30 before car was completed. Mr. Jacobsen apologized but think you need to look at how you do appointments and how you handle them when they show up. No one can really explain why it took 2 m+ hours to do a 15 min job. I no other services performed.
