I received a letter from your dealership about a possible recall on my vehicle. I brought it down this morning. Showed the letter to your guy. He had no clue about the recall. Couldn’t even pull up my records. I bought that vehicle at legends Toyota and had a two year service agreement with you. He said they would do diagnostics because the letter came from Legends. An hour and a half, he said. After an hour and a half +, almost 2 later, I checked on the status of my vehicle. It hadn’t even been pulled into the bay yet. He blamed it on your new computer system. I asked for my keys back and left. You guys wasted two hours of my time. I won’t be back. Im telling everyone that asks me to avoid Legends Toyota.
