1. After giving my coupon, when they rang up my bill, it wasn’t applied. I had a $39.99 oil change, but it looks like I was charged $64, with $10 discount. I don’t understand my bill. He also said he would give me back my other coupons, he did not.
2. Simplest thing….the oil change reminder sticker was unreadable. I had to wait for a new one, because I asked for it. Why would you put an unreadable sticker in someone’s window? Apparently the ink had to be replaced in the printer.
3. Appt at 2, the place was FULL of customers like I’ve never seen before. I waited for my oil change for over 2 hrs.

Why I answered no was they didn't have the same brand name as the other tires and supposedly they were supposed to have one there when I got there but they didn't. But at least they had one they could put on there to replace the one it's damaged and I'm happy they did have one. The employees did fine no problem with them. Hopefully next time I call we won't have this problem of communication with whoever I talk to on the phone and told me they did have what I needed and especially they check twice on the sides that I gave them and the brand name also. It's all good thanks again for your service and like I said your service people did nothing wrong they waited on me they were good.
