Andrew did a super job keeping me informed of progress of repairs on my truck. He didn’t wait for me to check in with him, he would text me any updates as he got them. I was also able to talk to Hector, the tech that worked on my truck. Hector answered all questions and addressed any concern's that I might have had. End of day after working with Andrew and Hector I felt a lot better about bad experience with engine failure. It might turn out to be ok, I get a brand new engine.
