My daughter says her car is now rattling and shaking on the left side of her car (she thinks) This was not happening prior to the oil change and tire rotation. Can you please take a look at it early in the week. It is now unsafe to drive

I expressed concerns about my wipers streaking and asked for a new set be installed. I was told it was the quality of the wipers being used by the dealership was subpar and people complained about them even though my wipers were factory.
So apparently they were inspected and given a go but they still do the same thing. So i guess I’m on my own for wipers.

I went in for an oil change and left with the engine light on. I came back and was told the lights were on when I got there even though they weren’t. I was told there was a picture so I asked to see it and then was told it got deleted. Turns out there was some intake value that was knocked lost. It was fixed but I felt he was doubling down on something that was not true.
