One of the main reasons I come to your dealership is because of him!! He’s so personable, listens to any cares and concerns I might be having. Had an appointment at 2pm today dropped off my vehicle Wednesday evening so it will be there today for the appointment. Never heard for the service department about my vehicle I finally called around 4 pm to get an update on my vehicle and the lady said it was ready for pick up. Very dis satisfied with the service department for the lack of communication with the service of my vehicle. This is not the first time this happened about lack of communication of my vehicles being serviced at Legends Toyota
