I don't think I can make enough positive comments about Michael Jacobsen to do him justice. He deserves a raise. I won’t come back to this dealership. I was told over the phone that my car was due for an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped the car off and within 5 minutes got a call saying at 30k miles, I didn’t need an oil change, but instead needed my brakes flushed, throttle body service, and alignment. This should have been told to me over the phone and again when I dropped the car off. Instead, I was called after already dropping the car off. I feel like the dealership was hoping to take advantage of me. This situation has caused me to not trust this dealership. I will get my car serviced and buy new cars elsewhere.

Camry/ diagnosed with a bad Cadillac converter. Had that replaced on January 24th. On the 8th of March the Engine light came back on. Brought it in on the 12th paid the diagnostic fee. It's the same code originally I brought the car in for the cat converter. The same "codes #430 and #420 for below cat threshold" ARE THE SAME AS 1-11-24. THE SAME PROBLEM I WAS CHARGED FOR. THE ENGINE LIGHT IS NOW BACK ON FOR THE 3RD TIME. I'M DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST. I brought it to Toyota because you guys should know this stuff inside and out. It appears the reset button was hit and not a lot of investigation.
