Normally I am. I go about 20 miles out of my way to get my truck serviced. This time I had to come back in the middle of a work day to get my rear diff plug thing screwed in all the way. I was in for scheduled 5k mile service on my 23 Crown. I waited over 2 hours for completion. Apparently the service ticket was placed on the wrong desk and it got overlooked. The young man explained the confusion, apologized numerous times. He was very honest about the confusion. Very nice young man. All is well.

I think it’s horrible there is a huge service charge for Toyota to charge their customers for updating software for a product the customer wants to keep attached to their vehicle when they already half to pay an annual fee to keep the product! I pay annually $80.00 for remote start app, but in order to keep it, Toyota wants to charge $180.00 to update the program. I think that’s bad business.
