I delivered my car on the day of service and when my advisor went home sick (not his fault), there was a complete breakdown in the service department. Nobody contacted me about my vehicle. I called late in the day, spent 20 min on hold, and then I was told that I would be contacted but I wasn’t. The next morning, I had to call Toyota again for a status update and it took another several minutes on hold before I was told that somebody would contact me later. I don’t have a problem with any worker or the service I received, but clearly there’s an opportunity for process improvement when it comes to assignment handoff in the event that an advisor is forced to leave unexpectedly.

Zach was wonderful. He explained everything that was going to be done before he took the car, called me several times to update me on what the mechanics had found when inspecting the vehicle, and went over all of the charges completely when I picked my car up. My father was with me today and he was very pleased with Zach’s service too. I would absolutely recommend calling the dealership and reaching out to Zach to anyone who needs to get their car serviced.

I dropped my 2018 Camry off yesterday for a recall service. I’m not sure when my car was actually finished being worked on, but no one called to let me know it was done. When I called this morning, I was told that the message I received yesterday that my inspection was completed was my indication that my car was ready. But nowhere in that message does it say my car is ready for pickup. So I was without a car yesterday for apparently no reason. Thank you!

We will ask for Kyle Montgomery the next time we require service on our Highlander Hybrid. At check in, he went through a list of suggested services, based on our mileage. One service we agreed to was an alignment. When our routine oil change and tire rotation was completed, he explained that the mechanic analyzed the need for the alignment and determined our vehicle did not require it. How many service departments would do this. Very happy with and have total trust in Legends Toyota Service.
