Was overcharged for nearly $150 compared to the quote I was given for a new battery. In the end was refunded the amount I was overcharged but if I had not noticed it would have been an overcharge. Otherwise was completely satisfied.

No one helped me when I pulled into the garage and had to find someone to help me. Then while I was waiting, apparently a text was sent to me asking about whether or not I approved of additional services (changing two filters). I didn’t see the text and no one said anything until I went to check out. Why couldn’t someone come around the corner to the waiting area and ask me in person? It seems like a simple fix. I agreed to changing the filters while I was waiting to pay but then waited at the desk while that was done. Brae, however, was nice so this review is not about her.

Mike was wonderful and expert. Other service put in wrong weight oil and able to change filters (needed-I asked) and will be returning. Will buy tires there in October.
