Jarad, checked me in and I told I had a problem with noise when talking on my phone. The last two services I brought up the same issue and the advisor that wrote me up I felt they just dismissed it. Jarad actually took the time to ask me several questions about the problem. Then when my vehicle was done Evan showed me how to fix the problem. Kudos to both of them.

I called my service tech, three times, left a message all three times asking her to call me back. She failed to do so. I called Matt (service manager) to tell him of the very poor service and spoke to his voice-mail. The tech called me back in 29 minutes, blamed the delay on a service person, and promised to have my vehicle done by the time requested. I asked her what my bill would be and was told it would be $209. When I picked up my 4Runner my bill was over $286. I was really rather disappointed in the service and my charge.

Service tech recommended I get new tires during a service appointment. I asked if they were all-terrain tires and he confirmed and I approved the new tires. After I got home, I notice they had installed highway tires and not the all-terrains that I had approved. Now I have to take time out of another day to come back and swap them out with the all-terrain tires I wanted.
