My tire was replaced without my consent. The notes even state to let me know if it could be repaired or not first. ZERO updates or communication during the service time. I said I needed to leave by 1:30 at the latest and no one even spoke to me until 1:47 (I waited in the lobby and dropped the car off early for my 12:15 appointment). My tires were barely a year old and very good quality, expensive tires. It was replaced with a low quality, cheap tire, worse off than if my good one would have been patched. Service here is literally always terrible and we are always getting screwed over somehow.

They make it seem like the problems that I am having are less because they don't have the staff or can't find the problem. My remote start They installed has been having issues for months but they "" spend"" an hour trying to get ahold of the company and can't. I work for a independent repair facility and all of these are lies. My wife was able to get a hold of the company in 10 mins.
