Jarad was fine, but the time frame quoted to me was an hour (which, honestly, is a lot for an oil change), and the time that I wound up spending there was almost an hour and a half. I expected a quicker time, and that was the entire reason I selected a 7am appointment.

Chasity did great!! I’ve been bringing my van, suv, and car to Baxter for years. I’ve had my issues (lugs not getting torqued and falling off) but I don’t understand why there is no car wash. Hit and miss, sometimes you ask, sometimes you don’t…seems petty but that was something I felt really separated your shop from the 100’s of others I can take my vehicle to.
