I was confused as to why the 10 yr full extended coverage we paid several thousand for, was not readily available when the bill was ran up. Had I not pointed out the coverage we had bought, I would have pd for the services today that are supposed to be part of the extended warranty. So with all the info available to you folks in the computer on each and every vehicle and with us having bought the car there, why wasn’t that part of the info pulled up when I was ready to leave today? So now I’m really confused, are oil changes and tire rotations covered throughout the 10 yr warranty or for part of it and how long? And what about the different filters in the car. Are they covered? I assumed everything was covered unless we damaged the car in some way and were personally responsible for that damage then it is not covered which is very understandable. So I guess what I need is a clarification from you folks as to what exactly the 10 yr warranty does and doesn’t cover. Thank you

A Multi-point inspection was not done, or was not done very well. I had/have a couple of issues, driver side low beam was out (I knew and had a replacement bulb), but nothing was mentioned. Also I have a low tire sensor that is out and the warning light is on, but again, no mention of it. It also took 3 hours, and it had been done for over 1.5 hours, but was not brought to the front. This is not the 1st time things have been left undone/poorly executed. At this time, I am starting to think I should consider going elsewhere for my service needs.

I was in July 29 at 3:45 for my appointment. The person I had helped me name was Bree Patton had told me that my radiator hose needed to be replaced and that they could do that and it would take an hour. I said OK go ahead. She then messaged me maybe four minutes later saying oh sorry I actually don’t have someone available to do that first very unprofessional. You should’ve gotten looked before you even messaged me then telling me I need to reschedule to come in at 7:45 in the morning cause that was your opening and I had that dropped my car off at 6:40. I had consistently asked for an update on my car and got nothing in return except day. Don’t worry will let you know when your car is ready unfortunately nobody didn’t tell me that my car was ready so now at 3:30. I had to call and get a hold of someone to ask about my car I was transferred twice and then I finally reached someone. I believe his name was Mark. I had asked him when exactly my car was ready for pick up and he did not know which I am sure you guys did know, especially if you saw my Toyota RAV4 sitting out there saying has anybody actually reached out to this person to let her know her car was stopped. I did not get any sort of type of sorry it was just I’ll look into the text you had my car from 6:40 in the morning to almost 4:30 PM and I had to be the one to call. I think that is very inappropriate unprofessional that I had to be the one to take care of this problem when I have been promised both times that it would only take an hour to do so. Mention, I am very loyal customer of yours and I’ve had my car with you guys and I’ve only gone to you guys to get it serviced so I expected better but it seems each time that I have came to Toyota to get my car serviced that you guys either don’t have a part. You make me wait two hours to tell me you don’t have a part or you simply need to keep it overnight because you can’t get it done that day. Nobody has ever offered to take any money off. I pay $450 for this and I don’t get anything I think this is very unprofessional and I am not happy with this as this has been a continuous thing each time I come in with you guys to get my car done. I’m either sent away with the problem still there and I have to come back another day or you guys don’t have the part. Would you guys should probably know that you have the part considering you’re the one rescheduling me. I understand that the car business is a very busy business and that you guys may be understaffed. I am very well aware and I try to have the benefit of the doubt, but I had it feels like it can never be fixed with you guys, and you can’t ever take something off or a discount. It happens every time and I try to be understandable but this having my car from 6:40 AM till almost 430 and nobody telling me that it was ready I unfortunately can’t understand that and that is very sad because when my car is done, I was ready to buy a new car with you guys when my Toyota stopped running.

Good communication with the video from the technician but hard for us to reach back out over the phone. We would get transferred to the wrong person or sent to voicemail. Pricing explanation was confusing.
