I was in for a 5k checkup and requested an additional oil change as a 5k oil change best practice. I was quoted and agreed to $60. When they were complete, I was told $180 and was never informed of the difference. They ultimately pulled forward my 10k oil change Ala carte and said they would still honor my 10k services, less the oil change, at that time. Wasn't real pleased by the 300% price difference without any consult. Would be easier to just spell our 5k, 10k, 15k, 20k services and also to let the customer know cost changes before action is taken, especially if notable.

It took two appointments but it is now completed. The parts dept sent the part back causing a second trip. I have owner five businesses. A successful business must have two main factors. Quality products and outstanding customer service.

Once again the scheduling issues were a problem. No one answers the service phone. I called multiple times after I was just in for the same fix. It is ridiculous how hard it is to get it. Thankful that the repair was completed and all sensors were replaced to save me a trip since they were all under warranty. I hope something improves with your scheduling process. The website is ridiculous and the operator literally told me it doesn’t work.

The biggest frustration I have is that my lift gate stops before rising to the top. The mechanic said it works fine for him and could not fix it unless it fails when he tries it. Said stop back next time it happens. I live in Beatrice and it failed before I left town and failed when I checked the vehicle in. Am I supposed to stop by your shop every time I come to Lincoln? Apparently I should have bought a vehicle in Beatrice.

When I called to make my appointment I verified that I had a free oil change. Drop my car off and wait in the waiting room. When my car is done the Service Coordinator told me that we no longer had free oil changes. I'm on disability, I am on a very tight budget. I can't just afford $100 unexpectedly. Anyway your Service Coordinator said I was dine and dashing. I quote"if you go to a restaurant expecting free food you confirm it before eating it" Humiliating.
