I appreciate your level of service however when I was texted the new needs for my car the quote did not match individual quotes..I went to the front...showed them..they added up quote and agreed it was off...I don't want to take advantage....she said someone would clarify..no one ever talked to me..work was done...I left..not the best outcome...felt o was not heard and unsure of the reality of value for dollar...been a customer for 17 years...Scion..two Prius...Corolla and Rav 4 and truck...one reason this last round I ventured outside Toyota world for maintenance

Once the vehicle is completed by the person in the back, it usually takes another 20 minutes to your vehicle up front and get your bill paid, looks like this process could be done faster
