Michael was able to manage to get all service work that he could control performed.
However, it was unfortunate that the dealership was not able to perform the scheduled paintless dent repair work scheduled with this appointment because that person was not there on the day this service was scheduled. We picked this date specifically so we could get all of these items done.
In the future it would be nice to know what days that work can be done.

I paid for an oil change at my 5000 mile service appt. I was told this is not included in the toyota care or the maintenance plan. I asked for a copy of what is included as that would be good information to know. I also asked if we could have my maintenance plan synced with the mytoyota app. Currently the mytoyota app is just trying to sell me a maintenance plan but I cannot view my maintenance plan I have already purchased. When Angie looked up my maintenance plan she said it “looked weird” and did not elaborate much when asked what was weird or different about it. I never did receive a copy of my maintenance plan nor was it updated on the app. I was told I could use one of the coupons that were a listed dollar amount on the maintenance plan. But she was unable to give me an explanation of what that dollar amount was for in the plan or what I would be sacrificing if I used it towards an oil change. I would appreciate the information on my maintenance plan, toyota care plan, and extended warranty plan. Please and Thank You, September
