I was not happy with Jared, you were checking one of my work vans out, I got a text 7 in the morning to make sure I got the van in at 8:15 which we did, I was under the assumption that you would look at it right away and let me know what you could do with it. But I never heard anything so I called around 11am , could never get ahold of Jared and he would never return my calls, finally he texted me at 2pm that they started looking at it, finally at 4 some lady called me and said it wouldn’t be ready till tomorrow which it was, I thought the lack of communication was very unprofessional especially when I’m trying to run a business with people working for me

This is the 2nd time Brae has been less than pleasant. She is rude and I won’t have her as the service representative again. I will ask for someone else. She has a pissy attitude and was annoyed when I asked a question about a low tire light being on in my car. She does not smile, acts annoyed and is condescending with her tone. She got pissy when I gave her a whopping $10 off coupon and said I need to give that to her when I first arrive. Oh ok, but I pay my bill at the end of the service so what does it matter? Would she be even less pleasant if she knew I had $10 off from the start of the appointment? I thought the first time she was rude maybe she was having a bad day. But she was the same today. Customer service is key for a good business. Hire people who have an actual personality and can work with the public. Once my warranty is up I will go back to my mechanic for even basic oil changes and tire rotations.

She completely forgot to have the battery service she recommended actually performed--though I had said to have it done. At time for payment, I asked about it, she said it wasn't done and I had to wait another 30+ minutes. No apologies from her. She's young. Hope this can be a valuable lesson.

I was there for over 2 1/2 hours today. They Brought my vehicle out to the bay for me to pick up, but then told me the technician broke one of the bolts off the lug nuts on my passenger side rear wheel. Then I was presented with the fact that I would have to pay for that, when I know it was from the air tools you guys use that put too much torque on the bolts.. I was upset about that, and after one hour after that, the vehicle was done and was somewhat satisfied that I was given a $20 coupon to help pay for that. this is the third time in our history. Something was mishandled or broken during my service work there.
